Elizabeth Lipp is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional and regulatory advertising and promotional review manager with extensive experience across the life sciences industry. She currently serves as Senior Manager, Medical and Promotional Review at Genmab, where she oversees cross-portfolio Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, supports Veeva PromoMats implementation, and assists leadership with national business meetings and priority review initiatives. Her expertise also includes leading review committees and developing efficient processes across pharmaceutical organizations.

With more than 25 years of writing and editorial experience in the medical, technology, and life sciences fields, Elizabeth has authored numerous articles, interviews, blogs, and research reports spanning life sciences, IT, business, and human resources. She also brings more than 20 years of experience leading and co-leading Individual Education Plan teams, which strengthened her project management and review committee leadership skills. In addition, her 15-plus years as a Veeva PromoMats trainer and subject matter expert have enabled her to develop process efficiencies and provide support across pharmaceutical organizations.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay persistent, believe in yourself, and don’t be afraid to take on new challenges or opportunities.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value integrity and transparency in both my work and personal life. I also prioritize creating a psychologically safe workplace where people feel respected, supported, and comfortable being themselves.
