About Elizabeth

I've spent over 20 years in sales and marketing, with the last 10 years focused specifically on the auto industry. For 6 years, I traveled to dealerships all across the nation, providing a range of services including liquidation events, staff training, and marketing materials. People used to ask me what I did, and I'd joke that we blow up some balloons and wait for people to show up, but the reality was much more involved. I've also been coaching in sales for over 20 years - I teach people to sell anything. My success comes down to me, myself - my determination, attitude, and commitment. I always come in on the top and make a difference everywhere I go. What I find most rewarding about my work is that I can build relationships that are lasting. I want to have a good relationship with everyone on the planet. Before auto, I worked in other industries, but it was all sales and marketing. I even did door-to-door sales for 10 years, which wasn't easy either. But if it was easy, everybody would do it, right? Looking to the future, I aspire to have my own store.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to me, myself - my determination, attitude, and commitment. I always come in on the top and make a difference everywhere I go. If it was easy, everybody would do it, right? I did door-to-door sales for 10 years, and that wasn't easy either. But you have to believe in yourself and keep pushing forward. The Bible says the focus on you will have, it's scriptural. My greatest accomplishment, though, is raising good children - that's what I'm most proud of.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't give up. Stay in, be trained. Stick and stay and make it pay. That's my little phrase for that, and it's part of my sales coaching. You have to have determination, attitude, and commitment. If it was easy, everybody would do it. I did door-to-door sales for 10 years, and that wasn't easy either, but you can't let challenges stop you.
