Her Interview

Ten minutes with Elizabeth

01What do you attribute your success to?

I think it's that I never feel that anything is impossible. Everything is possible. I always try until I get a response. I believe that if I can walk, speak, think, I have the possibilities to get anything. Love yourself, believe in what you are, what value you have inside of you. Every single day, say something nice to yourself. This has been helping me all the time.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

From my mom, she told me you always look like a butterfly, because you can go wherever you want and grow. She said when I started studying far from home in Argentina, you can fly as a butterfly. Go wherever you want, reach your goals. Another thing from God: be brave and strong. I repeat that always in my career and life. Usually they told me never feel afraid or shy, always try, always find a way.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

First of all, never let nobody tell you something is impossible. Try it by yourself. Don't let any other person tell you that you are less than anything. Read and educate yourself always. It's not an excuse if you don't have money or time. Always try to educate and get more experience. Education is power.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

My challenge is covering the Olympics games in 2027. It's my big challenge because I never did that before. My goal is to try to be part of an Olympics. And being the director for one program in radio, try to organize everything and share my knowledge. Now I'm starting a business, a consultant and marketing, sports marketing agency, and grow my agency and try to get more women involved in this kind of industry.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In my work, be honest, honesty is one of my important things. Respect to each other, responsible. In my life, first of all believe in God, God is super important. Second, be honest with my husband, in your home, with your couple. Enjoy everything that I'm doing, and being thankful. This is the most thing that is strong for me.
