Elizabeth Panduro
Elizabeth Panduro is an attorney at Woolsey Morcom, where she focuses on the firm’s legally complicated and factually complex matters. With 12 years of legal experience, Elizabeth joined Woolsey Morcom in 2017, spending two years in Louisville, Kentucky, before returning to Florida to continue her work with the firm. Her practice involves extensive research, drafting, depositions, and hearings, requiring a careful balance of strategy, attention to detail, and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for thorough preparation, clear communication, and delivering results that clients trust and value. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where she was an Edwin H. Perry Fellow and Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Outside the courtroom, Elizabeth is active in her community through programs like Leadership St. Johns, while balancing her professional career with parenting responsibilities. Surrounding herself with people she respects who encourage growth; a constructive environment; good scheduling and knowing when to set priorities down so not everything is juggled at once.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
From her older brother: people only know what they see. Exude the confidence and professionalism you want others to see, even if you feel nervous or doubt yourself. The rest will follow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Being influential isn't about title but about impact; do not wait for permission to lead; fill gaps and go after opportunities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Increased use of AI by clients to research legal issues can create misunderstandings and challenges; AI can enhance work but cannot replace the opinion of a seasoned lawyer.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and respect; taking pride in one’s work and remembering everyone is human.
