Her Interview
Ten minutes with Elizabeth
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think I'm angry and a little angsty. I think you kind of need to have some kind of thing to give you passion to be successful, and I would say I'm pretty passionate, and I think that passion is rooted out of frustration with the current state of things.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You should be learning something you love. Your professional interest should be your personal interest as well if you want to have a successful career.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Justice and fairness. Because I am a low-income student... I really just value equity, and justice. As well as, I guess, my faith probably drives that as well.
