Elizabeth Tuazon

Elizabeth Tuazon is a customs, logistics, and customer service professional with nearly 40 years of experience in international shipping, import operations, and customs compliance. Originally from the Philippines, she began her career as a booking clerk handling vessels, customs clearance, and immigration in the Marianas Pacific. After moving to the United States, she worked in warehouse and inventory roles at APL Logistics with Dell Computers as a certified forklift driver, then advanced to import account executive handling ocean freight shipments in Chicago. She later transitioned to DHL Express for air freight operations and has served as Customs Entry Writer for the past three years. Her achievements include being named Employee of the Year at APL Logistics in 2018 and at DHL Express in 2018, along with Employee of the Quarter recognition at DHL Express. She is a member of the NCBFAA National Customs Broker Association and is scheduled to take the U.S. Customs Broker exam.
