About Elizabeth

Founder and enterprise learning strategist based in Orlando. She leads The Cakke, a strategic studio that combines learning strategy, UX/experience design, and communication systems to improve adoption and measurable performance. Previously, she led learning and instructional design at Lake Highland Preparatory School and spent nearly 12 years with Orange County Public Schools as an instructional coach and curriculum leader. She began her career as a creative project manager at Havas Creative and holds an MA in Web Design and Online Communication plus a BA in Advertising from the University of Florida.
