Elizabeth Snyder is Associate Vice President of Digital Health at SolComms, where she leads and continues to expand the agency’s rapidly growing digital health practice. Based in New York, she oversees a portfolio of innovative health and women’s health clients, guiding strategic communications that elevate breakthrough technologies, expand access to care, and shape the future of healthcare delivery. She manages a multidisciplinary team, serves as a senior liaison between clients and media, and plays a key role in building the division’s long-term vision and impact. Elizabeth began her career in beauty and consumer public relations before transitioning into healthcare communications, bringing with her a strong foundation in brand storytelling and media strategy. Since moving into digital health, she has helped position emerging and established companies at the forefront of industry conversations. Among her notable achievements is leading communications for a major FDA approval of the first-ever at-home Pap smear, resulting in more than 1,200 media placements across top-tier and trade outlets. Her work consistently amplifies mission-driven organizations that are redefining diagnostics, mental health care, and virtual care models. A graduate of Tulane University with a degree in communications, Elizabeth combines creative thinking with data-driven strategy. She is known for her transparent leadership style, commitment to mentorship, and empathetic, open-door approach with both clients and colleagues. Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved in philanthropic and community organizations, including supporting children with cancer and their siblings, and maintaining involvement with FIDF and Chabad-affiliated initiatives.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to strong leadership and a consistent focus on delivering results. I believe in setting clear goals, supporting the people around me, and staying accountable for outcomes. That combination of direction, collaboration, and execution has helped me grow and drive meaningful impact throughout my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay curious and don’t box yourself into just one niche too early. Learn across different areas of PR so you build a broad, flexible skill set that can grow with the industry. The field is always evolving, so being adaptable and open to new opportunities will set you apart.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges right now is simply keeping up with the constant pace of change. Tools, platforms, media landscapes, and audience behaviors are evolving so quickly that staying current requires ongoing learning and adaptability. At the same time, that rapid change creates huge opportunity for those who are willing to stay curious, embrace new approaches, and evolve along with the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Transparency and leading with empathy are the values that guide both my work and personal life. I believe in being open, honest, and clear in how I communicate, while also taking the time to truly understand where others are coming from. That balance helps me build trust, strengthen relationships, and create environments where people feel respected and supported.
