Her Interview
Ten minutes with Ella
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think a big part of it's work ethic. Nothing was ever really handed to me, and I really had to pave my own way, especially in the world of IT. Work ethic is a really big one, and then just not allowing the opinions of others to guide your path. It's your life, it's your ambitions, and you really need to hold strong to that, and know that you're capable and can do it. No goal is too big at the end of the day.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The motto I always live off of is, I can be out looked but never outworked, so you're gonna hear a lot of no's in life, but make sure that you believe in yourself first and foremost, and you do the work, because the efforts will show behind. As long as you're doing the work, what's meant to be will come.
