I've built my career over 8 years working across multiple industries including healthcare, contract industries, and digital media, collaborating with different clients throughout. In my current position, which I've held for about a year, I focus on stakeholder alignment and communication, mapping out processes and visual flows, conducting analytics and analysis, and performing research. One of my proudest professional achievements has been successfully implementing systems - I believe that when a system fails, the organization cannot succeed, so being able to get systems working and building that rapport with stakeholders to ensure the success of the system has been incredibly meaningful to me. I've also published many articles over my career history. My educational foundation includes a master's degree in global business management from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, Norfolk, which has literally helped shape my career. I also hold certifications as a product owner and as a certified business analyst, which have been instrumental in my professional development. I'm a fellow member of GARI, which keeps me connected to my professional community.
