Ellen Jacoby is the owner and founder of Ellen Jacoby Casting International, a premier casting company based in Florida. With over 38 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Ellen has built a reputation for identifying exceptional talent for feature films, television series, commercials, and music videos. Her career began as a singer and dancer, and her early performance work—combined with a background in acting—provides her with a unique perspective on casting, allowing her to match actors to roles with both skill and intuition.

Throughout her career, Ellen has collaborated with some of Hollywood’s most acclaimed directors, including Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, Martin Scorsese, and Tim Burton. She has cast talent for iconic projects such as The Birdcage, The Waterboy, The Truman Show, Burn Notice, and numerous other productions filmed in Florida. Known for her integrity and professionalism, Ellen conducts auditions without prejudice, never requiring actors to attend personal classes or purchase materials, ensuring clients receive an honest and comprehensive casting process. Her dedication to her craft has earned her numerous accolades, including a proclamation declaring December 6, 2022, as “Ellen Jacoby Day” in Palm Beach County.
