Ellie Baldecchi

I've been in my field for coming up on five years now, starting right when I graduated college. I always knew I wanted to do something in the sales field because I really enjoy connecting with people, and I feel like creating relationships is a huge priority for me, but also something I'm good at. I started at ADP in Richmond, Virginia, knowing they had a really good company culture for post-graduation and good work-life balance. I started loving work right away and was very involved in all of the cultural aspects. I joined a lot of groups and participated in women in sales leadership training and events at ADP, helping to plan things for my region. I was with ADP for about four years, always going above and beyond my quota requirements and getting to go on a few incentive trips. The company brought me up to New York City about two years ago, where I live now. I'm now celebrating one year at a newer company called Multiplier, doing international payroll instead of domestic. After COVID, I noticed a big shift with a lot of companies in the U.S. looking to expand their workforce internationally, and that's what we help with - we can hire in any country. I feel like this is a good mix of my personal habits of learning more about different cultures and different countries while still being able to do what I enjoy doing, which is selling, creating relationships, and getting deals across the line. I'm super big family motivated - they're kind of my why that keeps me going day in and day out.
