Today, Eloise serves as a creative director, helping clients bring their vision to life through media coaching, scriptwriting, and production support while building her own independent production company. Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong family emphasis on education, persistent on-the-job learning through real-world experience, mentorship and sponsorship, and a consistent commitment to pursuing my passion. These factors combined have shaped my career trajectory and allowed me to grow across multiple roles in media and film.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received came from my aunt, who challenged me to leave banking and pursue my passion full-time. That decision changed everything for me. Additionally, a mentor helped me understand my true professional identity as a creative director, which clarified my role and value in the industry and influenced key career moves.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women to prioritize education, be smart, confident, and capable, and combine their talent with a strong personal presence. Pursue your passion relentlessly and seek mentorship to guide your growth. Remember that substance and confidence are as important as talent in building a meaningful career.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Opportunities lie in expanding from broadcasting into independent film, producing projects for film festivals, and partnering with peers to build a robust portfolio. Challenges include balancing family responsibilities with career ambitions, such as the time I paused operations of my production company to care for my mother and am now rebuilding momentum.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are education, gratitude and faith, family, empowerment of women and youth, creativity, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through nourishing food and daily fitness. I intentionally design my life to prioritize wellness, family bonding, and personal growth alongside professional achievements.
