01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't ever try to change something that you don't understand. In order to change it, you have to be able to be in it. As a leader, your goal is not to do better, but what can you do to improve the situation that you're at.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect is very important. We have to always learn that in order for us to be where we are, we have to provide respect to everybody around us, because we live in a diverse world. The same way that I respect you, you have to respect me.
