What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was to embrace my natural ability to lead and never let anyone take that away. It reminded me to stay true to my instincts, trust my voice, and lead with authenticity and confidence in every situation.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up and keep pushing forward. Stay determined, believe in your abilities, and don’t let setbacks discourage you. Consistent effort and confidence in your goals will always set you apart.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it remains largely male-dominated. However, this also presents a significant opportunity for women to break barriers, bring fresh perspectives, and lead with strength and innovation. I believe that continued persistence, confidence, and collaboration can help create a more balanced and inclusive environment for future generations.
