Elva Anne Resendez

I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Management and Director of Accreditation for the School of Business at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Daily, I review curriculum and teach 200 to 300 students in human resources, ethics, healthcare administration, and organizational behavior, always integrating real-life situations and requiring students to engage with their communities. In my accreditation role, I work with 40-50 faculty to maintain AACSB standards, leading to our best accreditation visit in over 20 years during the last cycle. I love people and am curious about what motivates them, which drives my work in organizational behavior.
