Elvira Ahmetaj is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience in the building maintenance and janitorial industry. As CEO of JMS Building Maintenance Solutions, Inc., she oversees operations, administration, finance, sales, marketing, customer service, and employee training. She has built the company from the ground up, serving corporate, healthcare, educational, residential, and commercial clients. She also holds an AA in Mental Health & Human Resources from Kingsborough Community College and is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
