She is a dedicated revenue cycle educator and organizational development specialist with over two decades of experience in healthcare education, curriculum design, and leadership development, currently serving as Revenue Integrity Educator at a large hospital system, where she collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen revenue cycle performance through education, analytics, and workflow optimization. Prior to this role, she served as Organizational Development and Leadership Specialist at a large hospital system, where she created curricula impacting over 8,300 employees, launched a podcast and livestream series attracting an average of 200 attendees monthly, and achieved a 101% increase in class attendance in 2023.
