About Elyssa
Elyssa Barneski serves as a technical support senior analyst at Evernorth Health Services, owned by Cigna, where her work centers on efficiencies and drivers of cost within technology operations. She has accumulated 10 years of professional experience across retail, human resources, and technology support. Her career began in retail management during college, followed by a role in human resources administration lasting a little over a year, during which she established onboarding and offboarding programs. She then entered a technology support position at Evernorth, initially focused on colleague-facing customer service, and quickly advanced by identifying process gaps and improvements. This led to her developing an onboarding program and eventually joining the efficiencies team.
