About Emanuela

Emanuela Cela has been working in healthcare for around 15 years. She began her career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Science and a Master's degree in the same field. Manko completed additional classes at the Manhattan Institute in coding, phlebotomy, laboratory technician skills, and computer science. She also took classes from Harvard University in molecular biology and from Johns Hopkins University in genetics. Cela started in a cardiology office where she became manager after various trainings, and she has worked in a scientific lab performing DNA testing, DNA synthesis, DNA recombinant work, and electrophoresis of DNA. Her main area of expertise is science, with a focus on DNA research and molecular biology. She is a member of the Association of Clinical Pathology. Cela speaks four languages: Albanian, Italian, English, and Spanish. She participates in cancer research foundations through walking and running events and makes donations for children's cancer causes. Cela attributes her success to her family and the values they have transmitted to her, and she shares that the best career advice she has received is to do your best in whatever you do, even the simplest tasks.
