Ten minutes with Emanuela

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith in God, the support and inspiration I receive from my children, and my determination to never give up. My boys motivate me to continue building a future for them and to be an example of perseverance, hard work, and dedication so they can see the importance of pursuing their own goals. I have always refused to place limitations on myself or allow doubt to define what I can achieve. Instead, I challenge myself each day to prove that with commitment, faith, and resilience, anything is possible. Seeing the results of that perseverance, growing my company, overcoming challenges, and knowing that my work allows me to bless and positively impact the lives of others brings me tremendous joy and fulfillment.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to develop a strong mindset, stay focused on their goals, and maintain the drive and determination needed to reach the next level. Success requires the discipline to keep moving forward, even when challenges arise, and to wake up each day with the belief that you can accomplish what you set out to do. I encourage women to never tell themselves they cannot succeed or allow excuses to stand in the way of their dreams. Instead, focus on the future you want to create, take action, and be willing to step outside of your comfort zone. Building strong relationships and surrounding yourself with supportive people is also essential. The greatest setback is not failing, but never trying, so have the courage to take the next step and pursue the opportunities ahead.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is the increasing level of competition within the restoration industry, especially in California. The market has become highly competitive, with many companies offering similar services and working to establish their presence. In such a crowded industry, it is essential to differentiate through exceptional customer service, reliability, quality workmanship, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. While the competition presents challenges, it also creates opportunities to continue improving, strengthening our reputation, and demonstrating the value of providing trusted restoration services when people need them most.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in my work and personal life are compassion, service, faith, and building meaningful relationships. I believe in supporting people during their most challenging moments, especially when they are experiencing unexpected disasters and need guidance, care, and reassurance. Our company motto, “If this was your house, how would you feel?” reflects my commitment to treating every client with the same level of care, respect, and attention I would want for my own family. My faith in God is the foundation that guides me, and I trust in His strength and purpose through every situation. I value spending quality time with my family, personal reflection, and continued growth through God’s Word. I have always had a passion for nurturing and positively impacting the people and communities around me, and I strive to lead with kindness, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others.
