01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Starting off in a 9-to-5 career can be a huge transition mentally. Keep a growth mindset, have compassion on yourself, grow with the failures, and remember you are in control of your career. Many people leave the field which can be discouraging but new relationships form too.
