Emilee Mason is a laboratory supervisor and healthcare administration professional with 15 years of experience in the laboratory field. She currently serves as Laboratory Supervisor, Operations, at Quest Diagnostics in Cleveland, Ohio, where she oversees laboratory operations, responds to reactive situations, conducts after-action reviews, and works to identify problems and implement preventive measures. Her career began in England, where she worked in healthcare support and laboratory roles before progressing through phlebotomy, medical laboratory assistant, and medical laboratory technician positions.

Emilee's professional journey reflects continued growth, education, and determination. She began her bachelor's studies in the United Kingdom at age 17, initially pursuing engineering before transitioning to laboratory science. After moving to the United States, she continued her education and ultimately completed her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology at Weber State University in 2023. She then earned a Master of Health Administration from Weber State University in 2025. She considers completing her bachelor's degree after a 10-year journey one of her proudest accomplishments and holds MLS and medical laboratory technician credentials.

She enjoys thrifting, exploring vintage stores, hiking, spending time in nature, and crafting. She credits her husband, James, as an important source of support throughout her educational and professional journey. Emilee also believes in learning from the experiences of other women, including conversations around emotional expression and navigating the workplace.
