Emilia Rybak

She is a human-centered behavioral scientist and UX researcher with deep expertise in driving behavior change through the strategic integration of behavioral science, user experience research, and human-centered design. As Founder and CEO of BehaviorDrive LLC, she leads end-to-end mixed methods research and design projects for digital health clients, from behavioral audits to site and app redesigns that boost user engagement and retention. Her work includes generative research that uncovered key drivers of engagement disparities, redesigns of app flows addressing top unmet user needs, and app feature designs that boost motivation and ability to perform target behaviors. She has also served as a Senior UX Researcher at Applause and as Consultant at the Behavior Design Collective, where she led research with patients with disabilities, conducted usability testing, and executed experiments that drove engagement. Her corporate experience includes serving as Consultant in Service Design and UX Research at Fjord, Part of Accenture Song, where she led cross-cultural research projects across Mexico, the U.S., Asia, and Africa, and co-inaugurated Accenture Interactive's global Behavioral Design Community of Practice. She holds a Master's in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania with a 4.0 GPA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Markets and Management Studies from Duke University.
