Emiliana Hedderich is a Digital Design Director and Brand & Motion specialist with extensive experience building and evolving visual identities for digital-first brands. Her work sits at the intersection of brand systems, motion, and storytelling, delivering design solutions that are clear, elevated, and engaging across web, social, email, and digital advertising platforms. Emiliana is especially drawn to projects that balance structure with expression, using motion to enhance how a brand communicates and connects with its audience.
In her current role at Aura Groupe, Emiliana leads brand and digital design for hospitality and lifestyle clients, overseeing campaigns, content, and evolving brand systems. She collaborates closely with strategy, marketing, and production teams to translate brand positioning into visually compelling campaigns that are intentional, modern, and performance-driven. Her expertise in motion design allows her to bring energy, narrative, and clarity to every project, ensuring cohesive and culturally relevant creative work.
Alongside her professional work, Emiliana maintains an independent design practice, partnering with brands, agencies, and founders on identity, motion-led storytelling, and integrated digital campaigns. She enjoys working in cross-functional teams, shaping creative direction from concept to execution with consistency and lasting impact. Outside of design, Emiliana is passionate about wellness, including yoga and fitness, which inspire her creativity, focus, and holistic approach to work and life.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stand out by being creative, confidently voicing my opinions and ideas, and mentoring others whenever possible. Embracing these principles has helped me make meaningful contributions, foster strong collaborations, and grow as both a professional and a leader.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the design and creative industry is to give your very best each day, stay open to learning new skills and perspectives, and strive to be a supportive team player and a positive role model. By combining dedication, curiosity, and collaboration, you can make a meaningful impact and build a successful, fulfilling career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is connecting with a wide range of businesses to demonstrate how creative design and branding can meet both corporate and individual needs. By proactively reaching out and showing the value we bring, we have the chance to make a meaningful difference, helping brands stand out and achieve their goals in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are continuous learning, pursuing ongoing education and certifications, and making a meaningful difference.
