Currently serving as Executive Pastry Chef at Herban Market and Cafe, she brings the same thoughtful approach to her work, prioritizing quality, sustainability, and intentional creativity in everything she produces.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to trust your own path and not be limited by traditional stigmas or outdated expectations. Stay true to your vision, believe in your capabilities, and don’t be afraid to break the mold.
