What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I believe it’s essential for young women entering male-dominated industries to be confident and assertive. My advice is to stand your ground, trust your expertise, and never let others diminish your contributions. Equally important is supporting one another mentorship and solidarity among women help build strong networks, foster growth, and ensure professional success.
