She works closely with editors, developers, and stakeholders to maintain and optimize global digital platforms that support employee engagement and information flow.

Her career spans more than 15 years across graphic design, print production, and digital communications. She began in the print and educational materials space, creating physical design assets such as books, classroom materials, and promotional content, before transitioning into web and digital content management. Over time, she developed expertise in CMS platforms, digital asset management, and UX-aligned content workflows, contributing to major platform migrations and enterprise-wide content initiatives. I attribute my success to staying curious, adaptable, and collaborative, while remaining open to feedback and consistently delivering impactful work.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the best pieces of career advice I’ve received is that every new skill I learn becomes another “tool in my tool belt.” This mindset has encouraged me to stay curious, continue learning, and remain adaptable as I pursue new opportunities throughout my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to never underestimate the value of their perspective. I encourage them to stay proactive, curious, and open to embracing new technology, especially as the industry continues to evolve with AI and digital tools.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see both significant challenges and opportunities in my field, particularly surrounding the rapid growth of artificial intelligence. I view AI as a powerful tool that, when used effectively through strong prompting and thoughtful refinement, can enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making across work processes.
