Emily Garcia

Emily Garcia has 17 years of experience in her field. She started her career journey in nonprofit and drug prevention, serving Native American tribes in Southern California as Director of Operations for the National Drug Prevention Program. She later started her own consulting business in operations, working with founder-led companies on their strategic operations, especially with advancements in AI, differentiating appropriate AI implementation while maintaining quality of service and efficiency. Emily leads from a Christ-led perspective as a Christian and works with both Christian and non-Christian businesses. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology completed in 2013 and completed CEUs at Yale for psychological well-being in the workplace. In her volunteer work, she has contributed to the Salvation Army, Momentum Tutoring, Naturalhigh.org, and her local church. Her notable focus includes helping team members, particularly working moms, find the right seats aligned with their giftings to thrive professionally and personally.
