Emily Hampton

Emily Hampton has spent 11 years building a career in IT. She started with her first IT role at Coca-Cola on the Salesforce team, where she developed skills that led her to become a business analyst. Emily progressed through business analyst positions at IHG and BMI before advancing to QA and ultimately senior QA. She earned a marketing degree prior to entering the field. Emily attributes her professional success to being flexible and open to new opportunities, willing to learn and adapt, and able to accept feedback without taking it personally. Outside of her role, she serves as treasurer on her neighborhood board of directors in Donaldson, sits on the board for the Pencil non-profit providing school supplies to underserved communities, and has supported the Shepherd Center and Ronald McDonald House.
