About Emily

Emily Joseph is a leadership and talent-development professional with extensive experience spanning 17 years in the restaurant industry. She began her career in October 2009 as a team member and progressed through multiple operational and training leadership roles, including nearly 10 years supporting operators in South Florida to improve customer service, metrics, profitability, training, and hiring. In March 2020, she joined a corporate development program, relocating to Atlanta, and upon completion was invited to join the program's leadership team as a Senior Team Leader in Field Learning. In this role, she coaches 10 to 15 direct reports, facilitates workshops and events, partners with talent and international expansion teams, and supports grand opening training for new international locations. Emily holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communications from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is nearing completion of her master's in Strategic Leadership Development from Clinton State University. She also maintains a Primal Question Coaching Certification, which enhances her coaching approach by addressing root causes of behavior, and is pursuing induction into the Society of Leadership and Success. Her background includes volunteer work at church and with her two children.
