Emily O'Donnell, M.S., is a Senior Digital Content Strategist at Comcast Business, where she combines creativity with data-driven strategies to craft compelling, user-focused digital experiences for B2B and B2C audiences. With a background in journalism and over a decade of experience in marketing, copywriting, public relations, and UX/UI content, Emily specializes in helping brands find their voice and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Before joining Comcast Business, Emily honed her skills at Vanguard, The Wharton School, Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Seedling Inc., developing web content, CX copy, marketing campaigns, and multimedia storytelling that engage audiences and drive results. She holds a Master of Science in Innovations in Digital Marketing from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University.
