Her Interview
Ten minutes with Emily
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to personal responsibility and always wanting to do the best, but also to my incredible team and family who support me. There is no me without them, and my village helps me help others.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I have been very lucky to have been influenced by so many different women who are really just powerhouses in their own fields, and I have tried my best to sponge and learn from them so that I can show up similarly in my work.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It is important to show up. No job is too small. I have done throughout my entire career that has helped me is that I'm always willing to jump in and help do whatever is needed to accomplish the goals that are that of the team. If you are willing to show up and do the work, people will begin to seek you out because they can count on you.
