01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the support, encouragement, and guidance of the people around me. The relationships I have built with mentors, colleagues, friends, and loved ones have played an important role in helping me grow, overcome challenges, and continue striving toward my goals.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to remain open to new possibilities and be willing to listen to where life may lead me. Embracing unexpected opportunities, adapting to change, and staying curious have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. I believe that being open-minded can lead to valuable experiences and opportunities that may not have been part of my original plan.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in themselves, stay resilient, and trust that every challenge has a way forward. Like water flowing through rock, persistence and determination can create lasting impact.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now are the growing devaluation of critical thinking and expertise, high levels of burnout in helping professions, and the ongoing need to advance women’s rights. Addressing these issues requires continued advocacy, resilience, and meaningful systemic change.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are authenticity, staying true to my principles, and recognizing the importance of collective perspectives. I believe meaningful work and relationships are built through honesty, integrity, and valuing the contributions of others.
