Emily Papi, MBA, RACS

Emily Papi, MBA, RACS, is a healthcare talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Physician Sourcing Consultant at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). With approximately eight years of recruiting experience, including six years focused on healthcare recruitment, she specializes in identifying, engaging, and connecting top clinical talent with opportunities that support exceptional patient care. In her current role, Emily focuses on physician sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship building to help CHOP attract outstanding pediatric physicians and support its mission of advancing children’s healthcare.

Throughout her career, Emily has developed extensive expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy through roles with organizations including Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Holy Redeemer Health System. She has led sourcing efforts across various healthcare disciplines, including nursing, laboratory, respiratory, and physician recruitment, while managing recruitment processes and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals. Her earlier experience in staffing and recruiting, including IT recruitment, provided her with a broad foundation in candidate engagement, workforce solutions, and strategic sourcing.

Emily holds a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Delaware. She is a Recruiter Academy Certified Sourcer (RACS) and is passionate about continuous growth, lifelong learning, and helping others navigate career opportunities.
