About Emily
Emily RedDye is an experienced retail professional and District Coordinator with a diverse background spanning retail merchandising, cosmetics, training, operations, and restaurant management. She currently serves as a District Coordinator with Apollo Retail, where she oversees field operations and supports retail projects across multiple states. Emily’s career also includes experience with Olive Garden, Chili’s, and Outback Steakhouse, where she developed strong skills in restaurant operations, employee training, customer service, and team leadership. Since joining Apollo Retail in 2018, Emily has advanced from traveling merchandiser and field lead to corporate trainer and ultimately District Coordinator. In her current role, she manages scheduling, travel, per diem, contracts, and logistics for field representatives across Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Nevada. Emily has extensive experience in cosmetics installations, retail merchandising, fixture projects, and nationwide store rollouts for major clients including Ulta and Fred Meyer. Her resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong client relationships have contributed to her recognition as the company’s Field Employee of the Year. Emily attributes her success to hard work, perseverance, determination, and a go-getter attitude. She believes in staying grounded, focusing on what she can control, asking questions, and building meaningful relationships with the people around her. Emily values honor, strength, integrity, and loyalty and brings these principles to both her professional and community involvement. Hard work, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude that has pushed me to keep moving forward even when faced with challenges.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Remember at the end of the day it's just makeup on a wall. Always ask questions if you don't know, be transparent and honest.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Work hard, ask questions, pay attention to your surroundings, be efficient, make sure you have the right supports around you. Quality over quantity in your circle.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is keeping up with technology and AI, requiring being open to learning and adapting.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honor, strength, integrity, and loyalty. If you have a good heart and work hard, good things will come.
