About Emily

Emily Ronck is a commercial real estate professional with 14 years of experience. She began her career on the design side and recently transitioned to the owner's representative and project management side, where she serves as Senior Project Manager at DFW Project Solutions, LLC in Dallas, Texas. Her primary focus over the past decade has been tenant improvement and office finish out projects. She is a Registered Interior Designer licensed in the State of Texas. Emily holds a major in interior design from her college studies. She is a member of the Real Estate Council in Dallas, was previously a member of IIDA, and is heavily involved in the Junior League of Dallas. Through the latter, she contributed to a community service project creating a market in South Dallas, completed in 2021, which addressed food access issues in the area. She attributes her success to her passion for projects that help change people's daily lives, drawing from early experience in senior living memory care and extending to the office sector.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I really think it's the passion in the projects, and knowing that I'm helping change people's daily lives. From senior living memory care to office sector, making spaces people want to be in.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Trust your gut. Your intuition is stronger than you think it is. And to never really second guess unless there are major red flags, but usually your instinct is right.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Not be afraid to take the leap. Have a voice and make sure that voice is heard. Have tenacity and not being afraid to take the leap and have a voice early on.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In Dallas, people making decisions is slowing things down. Market is strong but people are reticent and hesitant to pull the trigger, things taking longer than anticipated causing stress and trickle-down effect.
