Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the confidence and discipline I developed early on through acting, dance, and voice training. Those creative experiences taught me presence, adaptability, and communication—skills that seamlessly transferred into my professional life. In college and beyond, I was guided toward a career path where I could grow, starting in an accounting firm and quickly recognizing opportunities to take on more responsibility and challenges. Today, I thrive in a role where I assist the legal team and CLO, manage projects, handle planning and reporting, and contribute to our company’s expansion. Each step has reinforced my drive to keep learning, evolving, and embracing new opportunities.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and focus on being the best version of you. You don’t have to be the best at everything or compete with everyone around you—just give your best effort, work for yourself, and trust that you are doing your very best. Keep going, stay confident, and embrace your unique path.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center on growth, connection, and service. I love staying active and creative—whether it’s going to the gym, baking my signature brownies, cooking dishes like risotto I’m proud of, or traveling to experience new cultures and connect with people. Equally important is giving back: I volunteer with organizations like New York Cares, Animal Haven, NAMI, and Notes in Motion, supporting causes that include animal welfare, arts and culture, children’s education, and human rights. Balancing personal passions with meaningful service helps me lead a life rooted in curiosity, compassion, and impact.
