01What do you attribute your success to?
I come from a background of pretty adverse times when I was younger. My motivation is proving to myself that I'm capable, which initially started because I needed to prove to my kids that I was capable.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you feel like you're deserving of it, ask. I didn't learn that early enough in my career.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Operating with integrity. Always doing the right thing to the best of my ability all the time.
