01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous professional development, including leadership seminars and self-development opportunities through my company. I am also committed to expanding my expertise and am interested in earning the CPCU designation, one of the most respected credentials in insurance. My background as a University of Houston alumna has also contributed to my professional growth.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to give themselves the opportunity to lead and embrace the challenges that come with management. Take things one day at a time, remain open to working with different personalities, and be willing to embrace the unknown. Being adaptable and open-minded can create valuable opportunities for growth.
