01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's just wonderful. There are so many benefits in education. You're guiding youth, helping them navigate, standing next to them parallel. It's a fabulous profession for anyone but for women in particular to be leaders, to be able to choose what they want to teach. Teaching is the best profession in my eyes especially for women to have that empowerment and to guide youth. It's not just my job it's something that I love and I would choose over and over again.
