Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to staying flexible and being a lifelong learner. Being open to change and continuously building my skills has allowed me to grow, adapt, and succeed across different roles and environments.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to advocate for yourself and have the data to support what you deserve. A mentor of mine, Victoria Heron, Director of HR, taught me how to confidently navigate business as a woman and speak up for myself with clarity and evidence.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating the current market and increasing competition. In my own career, a significant challenge has been stepping into organizations without an established culture of training, but that also presents a major opportunity to build impactful learning programs from the ground up and drive meaningful change.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are being a lifelong learner, practicing clear and effective communication, and confidently advocating for myself.
