Emma Diamond

I am a labor and employment attorney with over nine years of experience representing employers in workplace law matters, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Mastercard, a role I have held since December 2025, where I provide strategic legal counsel on employment law, workplace compliance, and human resources matters for a global financial services leader.

Prior to joining Mastercard, I spent over nine years at Littler in progressively responsible roles, including Of Counsel for ten months and Associate for over eight years, where I represented employers in employment law matters, providing counsel on workplace compliance, litigation, and employment policies. I also served as Summer Associate at Littler Mendelson for three months, where I gained foundational experience in labor and employment law, and as Summer Analyst in Legal at AIG for three months.

I hold a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law, where I was actively engaged in legal studies, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Boston University, with minors in Environment and Conservation and African Studies.
