I started Bar Divas mobile bartending in Houston 15 years ago because I saw a need for professional, well-presented bartenders after noticing issues in lounges and clubs. Coming from over 30 years in HR, I brought processes and professionalism to the industry, changing the stigma around bartending. I hire corporate professionals and ensure impeccable appearance and service. Recently partnered for exclusive service at Red Cat Jazz Cafe.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My why, which is my children and grandchildren, making a legacy that will last longer than me. Everyone needs to identify their why because that's what's going to drive them through all the hardships.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself regardless of anyone telling you you can't do it. Know that you're enough. Follow your dream. Don't let fear stop you from getting to where you need to be.
