About Emma
I've been in my field for about 4 years. I started pretty much right out of college in 2023 at Green Spring Media as an editorial intern writing for various magazines including Minnesota Monthly. I then became the fashion editor for Minnesota Monthly, which led me into styling and producing runway shows. About 3 weeks ago I left my full-time role to go freelance, offering writing, styling, and creative services to brands while continuing some editorial work.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't limit yourself. There's really nothing that's too far off if you put your mind to it and believe that you can do it. Say yes to every opportunity. Don't be hesitant to just accept things, even if you're not sure if it's the right fit. When you're starting your career, you need to try everything, put yourself in new positions.
