Emma Lindberg

Emma Lindberg is a dynamic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader based in Atlantic City, New Jersey, with a passion for creating impactful learning and development programs. With a strong background in training strategy, recruiting, and production management, Emma has played a key role in scaling teams and launching innovative workforce development systems across multiple industries. Her work is rooted in personalization, continuous improvement, and a deep understanding of how to bridge organizational needs with individual growth.

Outside of her professional achievements, Emma brings high energy and discipline to everything she does. A dedicated runner and multi-time marathon finisher, she thrives on the mental and physical challenges of endurance sports. She also stays active with gymnastics, swimming, and playing baseball and soccer—interests she now shares with her young son. Originally from Sweden, Emma grew up with a love for football (soccer), which continues to be a personal passion. Whether she's training, traveling, or spending time with her family, Emma’s competitive spirit and love for movement fuel every area of her life.
