Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong work ethic I developed early in life. Working as a teenager in my family’s restaurant taught me the value of hard work, punctuality, and teamwork. These experiences instilled in me a commitment to excellence, respect for others’ efforts, and the importance of creating a positive, professional environment.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received is to never shy away from opportunities that interest you. Early in your career, seek out mentoring and shadowing experiences—they’re invaluable for learning and growth. While it’s important to set boundaries, saying “yes” to new challenges, even for just a day or committing fully for 12 months, can open doors and build skills that last a lifetime.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to actively seek out opportunities that interest you and make yourself fully available for them. Don’t be afraid to speak up—share your ideas, contribute in meetings, and make your voice heard. Confidence and persistence are key, especially in environments where others may try to dominate the conversation. Stand firm, be assertive, and your perspective will be valued.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In my field, the market is currently experiencing tremendous growth, and it’s hard to predict where the peak will be. At Siemens, we support a rapidly expanding number of data centers, fueled in large part by the rise of AI. While this growth presents incredible opportunities, it also comes with challenges—ensuring we have sufficient supply chain capacity and resources to keep pace with demand is critical. It’s a busy and exciting time, but careful planning is essential to sustain this momentum.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my professional and personal life are accountability, communication, and networking. As a program manager for supply chain projects, holding myself and my team accountable is essential for achieving results. Strong communication and networking skills make that accountability meaningful, ensuring collaboration, trust, and shared success. These principles shape not only how I work but also how I interact with others in daily life.
