About Emma
She is a multidisciplinary professional who seamlessly bridges academic economics, creative arts, and educational entrepreneurship. At Yale University, she has served as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant and Peer Tutor in the Economics Department, and is now an incoming Teaching Assistant—demonstrating a deep commitment to pedagogy and student development across microeconomics, macroeconomics, and quantitative methods. Concurrently, she co-founded and leads Aaron&Emma Productions LLC as CEO, where she produces theatrical and media content while also operating as a librettist and lyricist, with active membership in the Dramatists Guild of America. Her creative portfolio includes producing, writing, and performing with Teatro de Yale and Yale Undergraduate Production over nearly four years. Additionally, she has built a thriving freelance practice as a Standardized Test Prep Tutor and Curriculum Coordinator, developing customized learning materials and coaching students toward academic success. This rare combination of analytical rigor, artistic expression, and business acumen positions her as a versatile leader capable of excelling in higher education, creative industries, and educational technology ventures.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't look sideways when you could be looking forward. Collaborate but don't compare yourself to others; keep eyes fixed on your own goals and timeline.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Try all of the hats in theater. Be a multi-hyphenate. Try to take on all roles at some point to get experience with all aspects of the stage.
