Empress Henderson

Empress Henderson is a relationship management and financial services professional. She currently works at Capital One Auto Finance, where she handles administrative tasks, assists with underwriting and loan approvals for customers, supports funding processes, manages collections including warranty and gap cancellations, and provides customer service to dealerships. Her prior experience includes two and a half years at Automotive Finance Corporation managing dealership accounts for commercial loans, two years at an AT&T call center handling sales and service retention, and earlier roles in promotional sales and retail. She earned her degree from Michigan State University in 2015 after switching from mechanical engineering to fashion design and is completing her MBA at Western Governors University.
