In her current leadership role, she manages scheduling, capital projects, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and 24/7 operational continuity within a historic building that requires careful alignment with city regulations. Known for her analytical mindset and calm execution under pressure, Emma has been entrusted as one of only a select few cleared to serve as a primary contact for high-profile government and VIP engagements—an achievement that reflects executive trust and operational precision at a young age.
Beyond operations, Emma is a committed leader and lifelong learner who believes growth comes from stepping into opportunity. She previously served as President of the Hospitality Management Society during her undergraduate studies, helping revive student engagement and professional development initiatives. Her global journey as an international student in the United States for nearly eight years reflects resilience, ambition, and dedication to advancement. Outside of work, Emma finds balance in reading, exploring San Francisco’s historic neighborhoods, discovering independent bookstores and cafés, and enjoying quiet reflection. With a forward-thinking mindset and passion for continuous improvement, she continues to leverage engineering strategy, leadership discipline, and hospitality expertise to create meaningful and sustainable impact in the industry.
